ReviewPulse collects the information you provide directly, including your email address, name, and the Amazon review CSV files you upload. We also collect basic usage data to improve the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to generate review insights, send weekly digest emails (if enabled), process payments, and provide customer support. Review content is used solely for analysis and is not used to train third-party AI models.
3. Data retention and deletion
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, your data is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights directly through your account settings, or by contacting our support team.
