ReviewPulse is a customer voice intelligence tool that analyzes the customer review data you upload to surface hidden signals, sentiment, topics, and buying intent.

ReviewPulse is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party marketplace or platform (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart). All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts and registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and billing

ReviewPulse offers a free trial and paid monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Creem, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize Creem to charge the applicable recurring fee. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or interfere with the operation of the service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to process the review data you submit.

6. Intellectual property

ReviewPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Review data you upload remains yours and is used solely to provide the analysis service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
